A business needs an atmosphere that fits its space and the people in it. Music and video, announcements, jukebox and karaoke each have a part to play. Across locations and zones, someone has to coordinate what happens, when it happens and which devices deliver it.
TWIMCO brought the founder’s vision for a commercial music streaming system to life. We built the product from the ground up across software, hardware, global infrastructure and advanced AI, expanding the operating experience beyond playback to the entertainment systems a business runs every day.
Make the operating model match the business.
We organized the platform around businesses, locations, audio zones and the devices assigned to them. Playlists and schedules sit within that structure, giving operators a way to manage the environment rather than a collection of unrelated players.
A team can schedule music by time and day, control playback and volume, and see the current track and connection status. These capabilities make the product understandable to the person responsible for a location: what is playing, where it is playing and what needs attention.

Build both ends of the connection.
The hardware player is part of the product. TWIMCO built player software for Raspberry Pi devices and the connection between those players and the platform. Commands travel out to devices; playback status and device events travel back.
Remote setup, health monitoring, playback resume after a reboot and updates scheduled for idle periods address different parts of the device lifecycle. They make installation, support and maintenance part of the engineering scope. A playback interface alone would leave those responsibilities unresolved.
Run the whole operation through a conversation.
TWIMCO engineered Spin:Market so the system can be controlled entirely through AI agents and natural-language speech. Operators can manage music, video, announcements, scheduling, jukebox and karaoke; manage devices; find and work with DJs in the network; and handle general account maintenance through the same conversational approach.
The work connects an operator’s request to the capabilities of the platform. AI is an operating interface across the system, giving people a simpler way to manage their entertainment environment. Natural-language playlist creation is one example: describe a mood, genre or occasion, then work with the resulting playlist in the same product used to organize and schedule it.
One product across software and physical space.
The result is a working commercial entertainment system built from the ground up. Its scope includes music and video, announcements, scheduling, jukebox, karaoke, the DJ network, connected players and account operations—with AI agents and natural-language speech providing a way to control the whole system.
For a founder building a connected product, the challenge is in the connections. The AI interface, application workflows, global infrastructure and physical players all have to work together. TWIMCO took responsibility across those boundaries, reducing the number of separate engineering handoffs the founder had to manage.
